We strive to insure that your receive quality service and merchandise. However we realize that you may need to return an item to us. To assure full credit for your returns, please do the following: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. We will accept return of any item(s) within 14 days from date of receipt. We cannot accept returns after this authorized return period. Call Penn Camera at 1-800-347-5770 (Monday-Friday 8am to 5:30pm eastern time) or email internet sales for a Return Authorization ("R.A.") Number. After 14 days, any problems should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. Your return must be received within 10 days from the date the R.A.# is issued. After 14 days, problems should be addressed directly with the manufacturer. To assure full credit is issued, all items must be returned in original condition. All warranty cards (must be blank), product manuals, etc must be in original, unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface the manufacturer's original product cartons. Returns that are received in other than original condition will be subject to a 15% restock fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please print the Retrurn Authorization Number on the outside address label, and inside on a copy of our invoice. Please include your telephone number and note the best time that you can be reached. Please keep a copy of the sales invoice, along with the Retrun authorization Number for your records. Your return will be inspected upon receipt. Credit will be posted to your account within two buisness days (excluding holidays) of receipt of your return if all of the conditions above are met. If not, we will contact you. If it is more convenient, items may be returned or exchanged at one of our stores in person. All of the above provisions still apply. Exceptions: Sorry, we cannot accept returns of sensitized materials, books, or software unless they are defective in manufacture, and then only for exchange for the same product. |
